Background

John has been in the commercial real estate business for over 15 years and specializes in advising land owners in the Austin, DFW, Houston, and San Antonio markets. He has had experience in all four major markets with regards to land brokerage (both acquisition and disposition), land entitlement, real estate advisement, and consulting. His clients include multi-national corporations, investment funds, public entities, family trusts, developers, homebuilders, lenders, and individual owners with assets across the land spectrum. John is active in both the brokerage and development communities across Texas and has completed
transactions in excess of $500 million in his career. He has also had experience in the sales and leasing of commercial properties, investment property sales, and property management.

Prior to co-founding Endland Properties Group John was Senior Director of the Land Services Group at CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners with responsibilities for the brokerage of land at various stages of entitlement and development across the State of Texas. Previously, he was a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Land Services
Group and the Industrial Services Team.
