Background

Bruce specializes in acquisition, disposition, and advisement for land owners,
developers, and investment groups. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate including brokerage, sales management, mortgage banking, development, and property management. His experience has taken him across the U.S. with successful knowledge of major markets nationwide including Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington D.C., Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver, and Salt Lake City. He has for the past 20 years concentrated on the four major markets in Texas including DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston.

Previously, Bruce was the Managing Director of the Land Services Group with CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners where he was responsible for all land brokerage within the company. Prior to that he was a First Vice President for CBRE in Dallas, Texas and Executive Vice President/Director of Acquisition and Disposition with
Basic Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Bruce was an Executive Vice
President with Southmark Corporation and Vice President/Resident Manager
for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (Presently CBRE).
